about us
Building a global economy where everyone counts.
Great ideas are sidelined and lost every day, not because they lack merit, but because their founders lack the infrastructure, networks, and capital to bring them to market.
SmartJob exists to change that. We build and invest in the infrastructure, networks, and knowledge base that make inclusive entrepreneurship possible at scale, and we see great power at the intersection of technology that is useful, joyful, and open to all.
We believe the most agile designers of that technology are people with disabilities, older adults, and people who think differently. They aren't an afterthought in the innovation economy.
They're leading it.
Our approach
We conduct original research, develop meaningful insights, and translate real-world findings into actionable steps. This spans supporting accelerator curriculums, building ecosystems, managing a world-class mentorship bench, developing global policy frameworks, and investing in dynamic startups.
We partner with innovation and civic leaders, NGOs, governments, academic institutions, and companies to design programs that reach the founders and communities traditional systems overlook.
